I remember when I was im'ing with my friend (no homo) a few years ago and we were talking about hanging out. It was a nice summer day, and the breeze I could feel it. We had agreed to meet at the park to play some ball, and then I said goodbye, and he said "1." I thought that he had made a typo and was waiting for him to correct himself. Then I said, "1 what? 11?" And he said, no, 1. I then looked at the clock, and it was 12:30, so I said, "Ohhhh, so you want to meet up at 1 PM." Then he said, no, 1. And then he explained it to me that he had heard on a Nas record Nas say "1" which was short for "1 love" and then he looked it up on urban dictionary and decided to impliment it's use into his vocabulary. I thought it was very clever, and now to this day, I end many of my IM convos with 1.
